I have to admit that before my trip, while Turkey was on my list of countries I want to travel to, it wasn’t high on the list.
Before I had gotten my ticket, I was in the middle of choosing between Spain and Turkey. I even did an Instagram poll where Spain won by a whopping 18%. But after talked to some friends who had already traveled to Turkey, I was convinced that Turkey would be the better choice.
Boy, am I so happy I made that decision.
Turkey is ripe with culture, delicious food, gorgeous men, and to die for insta worthy views.
It quickly climbed to the top of my favorite countries I’ve been to and I’m assured that it’ll stay at the top spot for quite a while.
These photos were just a few of my favorite shots taken on my 12 day trip and there are still so many I want to eventually show y’all. I hope that this photo diary gives you a sneak peak at what photography in Turkey looks like and moves this incredible country to the top of your travel bucket list.
